Where do you meet to be picked up?

Terminal 2, Heathrow Airport, London

The meeting point will be at Terminal 2 Arrivals, near to Café Nero and WHSmith. Loughborough University staff and/or students will be at the meeting point from around 1.00pm and will be clearly identifiable by signs and/or t-shirts with the Loughborough University logo.

If you arrive at other Heathrow Terminals or at London Gatwick Airport North Terminal there will be information desks there which you will be able to approach and obtain information about getting a transfer to Heathrow Terminal 2 if you wish to use this coach service.

If you're attending a pre-sessional English programme, there are set dates for you to book your coach. These coaches will drop students off at the designated Hall of Residence. On other dates, the coaches will take students to their Hall of Residence (where it is known), or onto campus where there will be a taxi service offered for smaller off-campus residences. New students will take priority when transferring to transport for accommodation off campus.
